Inclusion Manager

 

College location:   East Surrey College (Redhill) and John Ruskin College (Selsdon)

Salary:                  Up to £48,098 (Subject to qualifications, skills and experience) 

Hours:                   Full-time (Monday - Friday, 08:45 am-17:00 pm)

 

We are currently seeking to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic Inclusion Manager to work closely with the Assistant principal Student Support to implement strategies and operational approaches that maximises the support for students within an efficient, financial framework. 

You will be lead a culture of inclusivity and manage the additional learning support offer for learners with EHCPs or identified ALS needs across the College Group.

The successful candidate must have:

  • A Teaching qualification
  • Level 7 qualification in SEND 
  • Knowledge and understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and other statutory guidance 
  • Knowledge and understanding of high needs funding and associated timeframes
  • Excellent skills in oral and written communication
  • Experience of electronic recording and reporting systems to produce reports relating to areas of responsibility
