College location:                   East Surrey College (Redhill)

Salary:                                   Circa £18,000 - £20,000 (Subject to qualifications, skills and experience)

Hours:                                    Full time (37 hours/week) / Part-Time (varied hours/week)

 

We are currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic LRC Assistant to join our dedicated Learning Resources Centre.

 

In this exciting role you will have the opportunity to use your skills to deliver a high quality service to our students, by creating a supportive learning environment that promotes high achievement. You will also contribute to the development and running of the LRC as well as assist learners and staff in making full use of learning resources and information.

 

The successful candidate must have:

  • Experience or a solid understanding of the library & information environment
  • Maths and English GCSE at Level 2 (or level 2 equivalent)
  • An IT qualification at Level 2 or above
