CIPD Lecturer

College location:                East Surrey College (Redhill)

Hourly pay rate:                 £34.12/hour (£28.62/hour + £5.50/hour as payment for annual leave)

Hours:                                 Flexible (zero-hour contract) with a specific requirement of working Wednesdays 5-9pm

 

We are currently seeking to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic CIPD Lecturer to join our Business department.

 

This exciting lecturing post will involve contributing to the successful delivery of the CIPD Level 5 course which run on Wednesday’s 5-9pm.

 

The successful candidate must have:

  • A full CIPD qualification to Level 7 or equivalent (e.g. Masters or Postgraduate Diploma)
  • A full UK teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, DTLLS or Cert Ed (or be working towards them)
  • A current membership with the CIPD
  • Relevant industry experience
  • Previous teaching experience
