  • Annual Leave: The College offers generous annual leave entitlement including 7 closure days per year.
  • Pension Scheme (Life Assurance): Employees are entitled to join either the Teachers Pension Scheme or the Local Government Pension Scheme. Both are final salary pension schemes.
  • Occupational Health Service: to provide advice on employment and health issues.
  • Training Opportunities: The College offers comprehensive training to employees including: all staff conference days, in-house training events, funding for external training and conferences, IT courses, comprehensive induction programme, mentoring scheme, qualifications to enable teaching staff to achieve PTLLS, CTLLS and DTLLS.
  • Location: The main campus is just outside Redhill town centre which hosts a wide selection of shops and restaurants as well as a leisure centre. There are also acres of countryside on the doorstep.
  • Car Parking: Parking is free and available through a permit scheme.
  • New Build: The innovative brand new building is due to open in 2010.
  • On-Site Facilities: There are two food halls serving a range of hot and cold food during term-time. There is also a shop located in the main reception area offering hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and snacks which is open all year round.
  • Escape Hair & Beauty Salon: The College’s on-site training salon has a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere and offers a wide-range of discounted hair and beauty treatments to staff, students and members of the public.
  • Art Gallery: View the work of talented students from the Reigate School of Art, Design & Media (incorporated into East Surrey College).
  • Childcare Vouchers: The College will be offering childcare vouchers to parents.
